Getting Started
To view data for a car:
- Choose how long you expect to keep the car
- Select your typical annual mileage
- Choose the manufacturer, then model range and derivative you want to see
We will then display data for the selected car, including price, standard equipment, options, depreciation, running costs, technical specifications and company car tax information.
To clear your selection, click the Reset button.
Prices
We display the manufacturer's published figures, including:
- List price
- Delivery charges, if any
- First year vehicle excise duty
- First registration fee
- Total on-the-road price
- Second year vehicle excise duty
- Fuel type

Depreciation
We display forecast depreciation for the selected car over your chosen term and mileage, including:
- List price
- Forecast residual value
- Forecast depreciation over the selected term and total mileage
- Residual value as a percentage of list price
Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Fuel Costs
We display forecast running costs for the selected term and mileage. These are often referred to as SMR costs and include:
- Forecast servicing, maintenance and repair costs including and excluding VAT
- Forecast fuel costs over the term and mileage using WLTP fuel consumption data, or recharge costs for electric cars
Company Car Tax
For company car users, we also display company car tax data for the selected car, including factors such as:

Pence Per Mile Costs
We also show forecast pence per mile costs for the selected car, including depreciation, servicing, maintenance, repairs and fuel.
This gives you a clearer view of the true cost of running the car over your chosen term and mileage.

Technical Specifications
You can view a wide range of technical specifications, including:
- Performance, such as top speed, 0-62mph time and engine power
- Emissions data for combustion engine cars
- Engine and gearbox configuration
- Fuel consumption for combustion engine cars ('TEL' values are measured at the lowest number of options, 'TEH' at the highest number of options)
- Battery range and recharge times for electric cars
- Wheel and tyre sizes
- Dimensions, including length, height and width
- Vehicle weights and towing capability
- Safety ratings from NCAP for combustion engine and electric cars
- Manufacturer warranty years and mileage limits
Standard Equipment and Options
We show the standard equipment list for the selected car, together with the available options and their prices.
Some options are fitted by default unless you choose an alternative item.
These default options are also shown, usually at £0.00.
Equipment Analysis
Equipment Analysis shows which items are fitted as standard across a wide range of categories.
For example, if air conditioning is fitted as standard, you will see a '•' in the table. Where the item is not available, we show a '-'.
Some items may only be available at extra cost or as part of an options pack. In those cases, we show the pack price rather than an individual item price.
Standard equipment is grouped into categories such as:
- Comfort
- Safety
- Security
- Entertainment
- Exterior Features
